Open app.foreverlm.com to use ForeverLM Studio in a browser.

Sign in with the Apple Account that you use for ForeverLM. Web Studio reads and writes the same private CloudKit records as the Mac and iPhone apps. In ordinary Web Studio use, source records and files go directly between your browser and Apple. The optional always-on MCP connection is the exception described below.

The layout follows Studio on the Mac: Projects and Chats on the left, Chat, Voice, Reader, Schedule, and Projects in the center, and Sources on the right. Books, courses, meeting series, and YouTube playlists appear as collections you expand, with their chapters and lectures in reading order.

Chats use the same synced Chat model setting and managed ForeverLM credit rail. The Chat mode menu also includes Deep Research, using its own synced task model, live web search, and cited results. Web Voice offers the same OpenAI, Gemini, and Grok realtime models as the native app. Each uses a short-lived provider credential and reports exact provider usage to the same billing ledger as the native app. Managed realtime dictation is available in the Chat composer too.

Reader progress, read state, Project membership, and Schedule placement sync back through CloudKit. Add a URL or import a PDF, text, Markdown, HTML, RTF, or CSV file. Sources can be selected in batches, dragged onto a Project or Schedule day, edited, hidden, removed, or restored from Hidden Items. Collection actions cover books, courses, meeting groups, and YouTube playlists. Web-authored chats, completed reviews, and voice transcripts also appear in the native chat history. Project open questions can be added, resolved, and reopened on either Mac or web. The Schedule's Export action downloads the visible pending week as an .ics calendar file; the Mac adds the same week directly to Calendar.

The web library includes synced source metadata and readable text. Original paper PDFs are available when the Mac has published their CloudKit asset. Original books, course files, and other files that exist only in iCloud Drive still require the Mac or iPhone app.

Global artifact titles, Project links, and bounded Markdown bodies sync to Web Studio. Notepad can edit those bodies and open the existing Chat beside a selection, carrying the passage and linked sources with it just like the Mac. Project-native workspace files and larger artifact bodies still live in iCloud Drive and remain Mac-only. Semantic search likewise uses the Mac's on-device embedding index; exact browser search remains available without it.

The MCP control in Chat sets up an always-on connection. It opens a separate iCloud authorization page so ForeverLM's hosted MCP service receives its own revocable session instead of borrowing Web Studio's rotating session. After MCP ✓ appears, ChatGPT and other connected assistants can use the library while the Mac app, iPhone app, and browser are all closed. The hosted service keeps an account-scoped metadata and relationship cache synchronized from the private CloudKit Knowledge zone. It fetches readable source text from iCloud only when a tool asks for that source and does not cache source files. Reopen the setup page to disconnect and delete the hosted session and cache.

The first load may take longer for a large library. The browser keeps an account-scoped local mirror and requests only CloudKit changes on later visits. Use the refresh button to sync immediately; returning to the tab also refreshes after a short cooldown.
